(Useful for a player of any age.) It attaches to a Gyrotonic Transformer exercise machine to provide continuous resistance through full-range motion exercises for a proper golf swing. Accompanying the golf-club-handle attachment is a 52-minute instruction video that first goes through a full-body workout highlighting exercises that target stretching and strengthening muscles, joints, and connective tissue and then goes on to golf-club-handle-attachment exercises. Those include a take-away exercise to develop a smooth backswing; a coiling exercise to build power for the downswing; an arm-drop exercise to bring that power into the downswing; a transfer exercise for balance through the weight shift; a finish exercise to maintain balance through the follow-through; and wrist rolls to develop more wrist-snap for power generation.
